She noted that since many teenage girls were not well enlightened on how their body works, they remained ignorant and even fallen prey to tendencies that endanger their lives.
Creating a culture that welcomes discussion and makes adequate education for girls is very importance for the girl child.

“Their building process involves everyone, because it goes beyond the classroom ,especially on sensitive things about womanhood and how to manage them.
“There are a lot of misconceptions and myths which has misguided a lot of young girls that made them to make regrettable mistakes about their health.

“It is high time people they see as role models and listen to, stood up and guild them , and that is what the Tonto Dikah Foundation has come to do today,”she said.

“According to experts, depending on the flow, the pad ought to be changed six-hourly, and this requires a lot of money for an adolescent to follow.

“Research has showned that not having access to menstrual hygiene management products can keep girls at  home from school during their period each month.

“Beside the enlightenment campaign, we offering them free sanitary pads, and we believe this will go along way in making them comfortable,” Dikeh said.
Volunteer medical and public health experts of the  Tonto Dikeh Foundation had interactive sessions with the students, where they were given opportunities to ask questions on female health.

Why men hardly forgive women who cheat

1: EGO:- It certainly has a lot to do with their ego being bruised. The thought that another man was able to sleep with Someone they believed they had “ownership” of breaks them to pieces as most of them think the women incapable of sex without emotions, meaning the woman loves another. Remember men are like a lioness that can kill most animals for its cubs but will not allow another animal to even play with its cubs.

2: GUILT:- If a woman cheats, the man will never forgive not only the woman but himself no matter whose fault it is. He feels he has failed as a man to protect and keep his own.

3: THEY CAN’T FORGET:- When a man is making love with his wife, it is a sacred rituals the way she moan shows that his sacrifice has been accepted. So if she makes love with another man he will be thinking the temple is no more sacred and when he makes love to her and she moans, it will be disgusting cause it will be like that is the way she moaned for the other guy!

4: YOU HAVE LOST HER IF SHE CHEATS:- Female infidelity is often much more damaging to a marriage. Don’t get me wrong: Male cheating is definitely harmful. But when a woman fools around, it’s often the beginning of the end of the relationship. For men, cheating often tends to be opportunistic — they’re in the wrong place at the wrong time and the cheating doesn’t necessarily mean anything emotionally. In fact a man can sleep with a woman today and not remember her again but for a woman to have sex with you (in most cases) you must win her heart to win her body.

5: HE PAID YOUR PRICE:- I guess i gotta be blunt here. I know we call it marriage but I think women are being bought in a way. Don’t kill me yet, let’s analyze it. He buys engagement ring. Proposes to you, you accept then he decides to see your people. Your people accept him and give him a list containing heaven and earth. He agrees to pay, he pays for everything and when your parents feel they have collected enough, they hand you over to him. Then you automatically change your name (Change of ownership) which confirms that you are now his own. I have seen where women sponsored their marriage and the men don’t care when they cheat so I believe the day you stop asking for head-cutting bride price for us to marry then we won’t bother much, imagine paying all that money and she gives it to another man..

Four Signs You May Have A Bladder Problem

A lot of the time, there is a high chance that you as many other people out there don’t give much thought to your bladder: when you need to pee, you just, go pee.

But when something in your urinary system goes wrong, there is hardly any way you can mistake the symptoms and signs as they can range from wanting to pee frequently to bloody urine.

Before getting to the cause of the problem, it’s important to know what’s considered normal in terms of urinary frequency. While there’s no set number — after all, some guys just pee more often than others, in general an adult male will urinate between six to eight times per day, and maybe once during the night.

However, it’s not only peeing a lot that can signal something is wrong with your bladder. Here are some of the most common signs that you have a bladder problem and how you can treat it.

Having Blood In Your Urine
Bloody urine can be a symptom of issues such as kidney stones. The jagged surfaces of the stones can scrape along the lining of your urinary tract, causing inflammation and micro-tears.

Blood can also be present in your urine as a result of inflammation in the bladder, such as a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs are easily treatable with antibiotics, which is why you should definitely tell your doctor about it as soon as you can spot blood in your urine.

Dark-coloured Urine
If your urine stream is looking a bit darker than usual, then there is a high possibility that you maybe dehydrated. In that case, you should increase your water intake considerably and see if that makes a difference.

Dehydration can also increase your risk of kidney stones, as such, you should keep guzzling water to dissolve the stones.

You Constantly Have To Go To The Bathroom
If you generally have a pretty small bladder, and your friends constantly make fun of you for always having to go to the bathroom to take a piss while out at the movies or a concert, then it may be a cause for concern.

If you however feel the urge to urinate more often than usual, then you likely have an overactive bladder, a condition that strikes women more frequently but can happen in men. In men, it could be a sign of an enlarged prostate, particularly if you’re a man over the age of 60.

Pain When Urinating Or Cloudy Urine
On its own, cloudy urine doesn’t usually signify anything bad, but when accompanied with other issues, it could be potentially serious. If it’s cloudy and it also smells pungent, like ammonia, you might be dehydrated.

If your urine is cloudy and it also hurts when you pee, you likely have an infection somewhere in the urinary system, either in your bladder or along your urethra. The best thing to do is to see a doctor immediately to ensure the infection doesn’t progress further.
